Portfolio & Offers

A collection portfolio is a public seller showcase for approved items. Items may be display-only, open to offers, open to trade, or available for both offers and trades depending on the seller settings.

An accepted offer is converted into a pending payment transaction. Complete checkout through the normal payment flow so escrow, shipping, and delivery confirmation can be tracked.

Yes, when the item is marked open to trade. Your requested item must allow portfolio trade, and the trade proposal continues through the existing trade inbox and shipment flow.

Buying

Bids are generally binding once placed. In limited circumstances (e.g. item description error), you may request a cancellation via our support team within 30 minutes of bidding.

Auto-bidding lets you set a maximum amount. The system raises your bid only as needed within that limit, based on competing bids and the auction increment rules.

Payments & Escrow

You will receive an email confirmation and can track payment status in your Orders section under the dashboard. Funds are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed.

A small platform fee applies to winning bids. The exact percentage is shown on each auction page before you place your bid so there are no surprises.

Account Safety

Most KYC submissions are reviewed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email or in-app update once your verification status changes.

Shipping & Disputes

If a seller fails to ship within the expected window, you can open a dispute and submit evidence. Funds remain in escrow while the case is reviewed, and release or refund follows the dispute resolution.

Promotions & Deals

Promotion cards highlight active campaigns, eligible codes, and limited-time marketplace deals. Each campaign follows the terms shown in the promotion details, including timing, eligibility, and any checkout requirements.

A code may be limited by date, item type, seller, minimum order value, user eligibility, or payment flow. Review the promotion card details and checkout message before completing payment.
